Mr. Sterling S. Dodd
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Principal
Mr. Dodd is responsible for all investment activity at Wolf Hill Investments, including capital deployment, development oversight, asset management, and investor relations.
Prior to founding Wolf Hill, Mr. Dodd was Director of Capital Markets for a BTR-Modular development platform, where he contributed to the debt and equity capital structuring, institutional capital relationships, and land acquisitions. He co-founded The Colonna Group, a defense contracting firm, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Equitus Corporation, an AI infrastructure company supporting blue-chip defense and government clients.
He previously held roles in corporate banking and a private equity backed portfolio company. Mr. Dodd is a U.S. Army Reserve Civil Affairs Officer with over 26 months in combat. He holds an MBA from Rice University and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston.

Drew Botkin is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the engineering and construction industry. His career spans various market sectors, including private, public, and federal, where he has overseen projects ranging from $1 million to $300 million. Drew’s extensive experience and broad industry knowledge enable him to provide leadership in all stages of project development and construction, from feasibility studies to owner occupancy.
His achievements include leading teams to procure, manage, and successfully complete numerous large-scale projects. Drew’s exceptional leadership skills and commitment to delivering high-quality results have made him a trusted figure in the industry. His hands-on approach ensures he remains involved in all aspects of a project, including managing day-to-day requirements, budgeting, and documentation.
